Specialties:

Flexibility training (AI stretching), core strengthening and postural/body awareness.

Programs can be designed to meet a client’s specific needs (i.e. overcoming chronic pain or injury) or an overall workout combining strength, flexibility, and body awareness can be designed. Home programs can also be created incorporating mat work, physioballs and foam rollers.

B.A. in Environmental Science, UCLA 1992

Certification:

Pilates Certification through Stacy Donnelly Studio in SF.
Ron Fletcher Technique

Experience:

  • 4 years of Pilates instruction; experience teaching mat classes, reformer classes, and private sessions.
  • Experience teaching modern dance at SFDC and San Francisco Ballet School.

Dance Performance Experience:

Robert Moses’ KIN Margaret Jenkins Dance Company, and other Bay Area Choreographers.
