It is with great pleasure that I write this letter regarding my personal trainer, Curtis Cramblett.

I am a retired fire fighter and professional motivational speaker. I left the fire service five years ago after an injury from an automobile accident left me unable to walk for over a year. After a great deal of treatment, I had rehabilitated to a point that doctors felt was acceptable. However, I did not find it acceptable. I could not walk without pain, could not stand straight, and had a very weak neck and shoulders. I couldn't run or bike, and sitting, driving or standing for periods of time left me in greater pain.
